Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
- Verify item counts, weights, and packaging integrity before shipping.
- Operate handheld scanning devices and warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to load outbound trucks efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations regarding lifting and material handling.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for entry-level positions.
