Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders and safety guidelines.
- Verify the accuracy of items against work orders using handheld scanners and inventory systems.
- Ensure all packaging materials are used efficiently and orders are sealed and labeled correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Assist with inventory audits and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software (WMS) quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
