Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders with 99% accuracy using handheld scanners and WMS systems.
- Verifying product quantities, checking for damages, and ensuring proper labeling.
- Preparing packages for shipment and coordinating with courier services.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborating with team leads to meet daily production goals and KPIs.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse software.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
