Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and inspect incoming shipments for damage or errors.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Operate inventory management systems (RF scanners) to track stock levels.
- Assist in the organization of the warehouse layout to maximize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (we provide training).
