Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts - certified)
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Maintain organized inventory zones and clean workstations
- Meet daily productivity targets while prioritizing safety
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and inventory system familiarity
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
