Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or picker/packer experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Forklift certification a plus (training provided if needed)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
