Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including pallet jacks and scanners
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging
- Maintain organized and clean work areas to ensure operational efficiency
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or picker-packer experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to work in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment
