Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and handheld devices
- Verify product accuracy and quality before shipment
- Maintain organized inventory in warehouse zones
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining safety standards
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve order discrepancies
- Participate in regular cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily with moderate lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid California Driver's License (forklift operation training provided)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
