Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Efficiently retrieve items from shelves based on digital orders and prepare them for shipment with precision.
- Quality Assurance: Verify product conditions and quantities to ensure 100% accuracy and minimize returns.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing warehouse inventory.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when counting and verifying products.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work a consistent schedule.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
