Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders and picking tickets with 99.9% accuracy.
- Verify product quantities, quality, and condition before packing to minimize returns.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipping according to carrier guidelines.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail picking and packing is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to lift up to 25kg (55lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new warehouse software.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for this role.
