Responsibilities
- Select and Verify: Accurately pick items from the warehouse shelves using RF scanners and verify quantities against orders.
- Pack & Label: Securely pack merchandise into boxes, ensuring proper weight distribution and applying shipping labels accurately.
- Maintain Safety: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines, keep work areas clean, and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory counts and stock organization to ensure efficient warehouse flow.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve order discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk extensively, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and dependability in previous employment.
- Basic Math: Comfort with basic arithmetic for counting items and handling transactions.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime and weekends as required.
