Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging.
- Prepare and label packages for shipment according to carrier guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail setting is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
