Responsibilities
- Utilize handheld scanners and WMS software to pick and pack customer orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Organize inventory on shelves, ensuring optimal space utilization and easy access.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies and streamline workflow.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, adhering to weight limits and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours per shift).
- Physically capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
