Responsibilities
- Select and verify products from shelves based on customer orders using handheld scanners.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, in compliance with safety standards.
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
