Responsibilities
- Select and verify merchandise against customer orders using handheld scanners and pick lists.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to protocols.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Assist in inventory control and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to wear required safety gear and follow strict safety guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive team attitude.
