Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using handheld scanners and inventory systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient workflow
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or picker-packer experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
