Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and conveyor systems
- Maintain organized and efficient inventory in designated storage zones
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Conduct quality checks on products before packaging
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if operating warehouse vehicles)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
