Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature and humidity controls in -10°F to 40°F zones
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for efficient product movement
- Conduct inventory audits using RF scanners and digital systems
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA safety protocols for food-grade storage
- Load/unload refrigerated trailers with proper staging techniques
- Document handling procedures and quality control logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Forklift certification (or ability to pass company training)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly in cold environments
