Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and supervise 15+ warehouse staff on equipment usage and safety protocols
- Implement inventory control systems using provided scanners and software
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to reduce costs
- Conduct performance reviews and foster team development
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems and inventory management
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification preferred
