Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and order-picking systems
- Inspect products for quality and proper packaging before shipmentOperate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and electric cartsMaintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areasCollaborate with team members to meet daily production targetsParticipate in inventory audits and cycle countsFollow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
