Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and speed using handheld RF scanners.
- Verify item quantities and descriptions against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Ensure all packaging materials are used efficiently and boxes are securely sealed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Sort and stage incoming inventory for processing.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve order discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or retail environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends if required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
