Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Verify product accuracy against packing slips and quality standards to minimize errors.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery safely and responsibly.
- Ensure warehouse floors are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations (OSHA).
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping targets and key performance indicators.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
