Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies in real-time
- Utilize WMS software to update and maintain accurate inventory records
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure proper stock rotation and FIFO compliance
- Generate monthly inventory reports and variance analyses for management
- Implement cycle count procedures and conduct physical audits quarterly
- Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize stock levels and prevent overstock
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement labeling systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10 training preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
