Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing slips and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock checks and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Report equipment malfunctions or inventory discrepancies promptly
- Prepare shipments for delivery with proper labeling and sealing
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker-packer experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to the Jacksonville, IL facility
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with potential for overtime
