Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and maintain inventory accuracy
- Meet/exceed productivity goals in a fast-paced environment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow and resolve issues
- Complete required documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse/picker-packer experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy-driven mindset
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Valid state ID and ability to pass background check
- Team player with reliable transportation
