Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inspect merchandise for defects and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure a safe and tidy work environment.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring freight is handled with care.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hiring).
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory verification.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
