What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Verify item descriptions, quantities, and quality to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization as required.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks, etc.).
