Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with accuracy using RF scanners and digital inventory systems
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized and efficient warehouse layout for optimal workflow
- Operate material handling equipment safely and responsibly
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday shifts (6 AM - 4 PM)
