Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Manage inventory levels and report discrepancies
- Meet/exceed daily productivity targets during peak hours
- Maintain clean and organized workstation per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly with proper technique
- Availability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) and overtime
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to our Boston facility
- High school diploma or equivalent required
