Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products from shelves and storage areas based on customer orders using handheld scanners and pick-to-light systems.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure accurate packaging to prevent shipping errors.
- Verify product quantities against packing slips to maintain high inventory accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Sort, label, and organize inventory in designated storage areas.
- Collaborate with team leads to maintain a safe and efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
