Responsibilities
- Pick items from shelves using scanners and lists to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack products securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify item quantities and ensure correct labeling for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate handheld barcode scanners and warehouse management software.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during peak shipping times.
- Assist in inventory organization and cycle counting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and a positive work attitude.
- Ability to work overtime and flexible shifts as required.
