Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management software.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and package them securely for shipment.
- Label packages correctly and ensure all shipping documentation is completed accurately.
- Operate handheld scanners to track inventory levels and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Previous experience in warehousing or logistics is a plus but not required.
