Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Retrieve items from shelves using scanners and prepare them for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels and report discrepancies immediately.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Order Verification: Double-check orders against packing slips to ensure 100% accuracy.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Communication: Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
