Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders according to pick lists and shipping labels with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
- Label packages, apply shipping materials, and verify weight and dimensions.
- Sort, organize, and stock incoming inventory in designated warehouse zones.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area by adhering to all safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as required by management.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read technical labels and barcodes.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Detroit facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
