Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack products according to customer orders with high accuracy.
- Verify item counts, weights, and dimensions to ensure quality control standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping and organizing inventory lanes.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation is completed.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours) in a warehouse setting.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and calculating shipping weights.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
