Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders according to pick tickets and safety guidelines.
- Verify item quantities and packaging quality to ensure accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to log inventory movements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including pallets and aisles.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations while operating equipment.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends if required.
