Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets company standards to prevent damage during shipping.
- Inventory Management: Maintain organized shelving units and keep the warehouse floor clear of hazards to ensure efficient workflow.
- Documentation: Accurately label packages and update inventory logs to reflect current stock levels.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies while performing daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work a consistent schedule, including weekends if required.
- Computer Literacy: Basic comfort with using handheld devices or computer terminals.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
