Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders efficiently using RF scanners and handheld devices
- Verify order accuracy and maintain quality control standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Manage inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Document work activities and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker-packer experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
