Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship high-volume e-commerce orders using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain 99.8% accuracy
- Optimize warehouse layout and implement lean principles for efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly targets
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and 5S standards
- Train new associates on SOPs and equipment operation
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic math and computer literacy (WMS experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun) with rotating holidays
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
