Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using handheld scanners and RF devices.
- Inspect all products for quality assurance and damage before shipping.
- Maintain a neat and organized work area to ensure safety standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Adhere to strict inventory management and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counts.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for this role.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Reliable transportation to the Houston facility.
