Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ensure all packages are securely sealed and labeled according to shipping standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents and ensure efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, as required.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding hazardous materials and heavy lifting.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and price verification.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (typically 8+ hours).
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required.
