Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack products according to customer orders and shipping labels.
- Inspect items for quality and damage before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Label, wrap, and seal packages securely for shipment.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe work area at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and handheld scanners.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed during peak seasons.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a good work history.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
