Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures with 100+ qubit stability
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Optimize quantum error correction algorithms for commercial deployment
- Create roadmaps for quantum advantage implementation in finance, logistics, and healthcare
- Collaborate with hardware teams to advance qubit coherence beyond 72-hour thresholds
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen digital infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature/Science)
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Track record of deploying quantum solutions in production environments
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
