- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit coherence optimization and cryogenic integration
- Architect quantum cloud infrastructure with <1ms latency for financial modeling
- Research quantum-resistant cryptography standards for post-quantum security
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum software development best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and compiler optimization (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals or conferences
- Proficiency in low-level quantum hardware control systems (FPGA, cryogenic interfaces)
- Demonstrated experience leading quantum algorithm implementations for real-world problems
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction thresholds and fault-tolerant thresholds
- Strong background in machine learning frameworks applicable to quantum systems
