- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget for quantum initiatives
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum error correction
- Proven track record of securing government grants (DARPA, NSF)
- Strong background in machine learning integration
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
