Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications

- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Develop quantum security protocols for next-gen encryption systems
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants from government and industry partners
- Mentor PhD-level researchers and drive innovation in quantum error correction
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and cloud quantum platforms
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
- Experience managing research budgets and securing government funding
- Exceptional communication skills to translate complex quantum concepts to stakeholders
