Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms and error-correction techniques
- Design and optimize quantum circuit architectures for scalability

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)

- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and complexity theory
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum systems
