Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation
- Develop advanced quantum error correction protocols to enhance system stability

- Publish findings in leading peer-reviewed journals and industry conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quil)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
