Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization problems in AI/ML
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop quantum-resistant security protocols
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Prototype quantum hardware interfaces for commercial applications
- Develop error correction techniques for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Advise on quantum computing integration for enterprise clients

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proficiency in quantum machine learning and NISQ algorithms
- Strong publication record in quantum information science
- Expertise in Python/C++ and high-performance computing environments
