Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Monitor and adjust temperature controls within the refrigerated storage facility to ensure product integrity.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately to meet daily shipping targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and movements.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Comfortable working in extreme cold environments (temperatures may range from -10°F to 40°F).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification upon hire).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation and availability for shift work.
